These terms apply to every order for goods placed through this website, by email, or by phone, and to any workshop service we quote separately. They apply to consumers and to businesses alike, but a number of clauses apply differently depending on which you are:

• Erakliendid — you are buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You have the statutory rights set out in our returns policy, including the EU right of withdrawal, and nothing in these terms limits them.
• Ärikliendid — you are buying in the course of a business. The right of withdrawal does not apply to you, and the liability limits in these terms apply in full.

If you place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. We do not accept any terms of purchase you attach to an order unless we have agreed to them in writing.

We design and manufacture engine conversion kits and components for BMW M57 and N57 and Mercedes-Benz OM606 installations in Land Rover Defender and Discovery, Nissan Patrol, Mitsubishi Pajero and Ford Transit platforms, and we supply MAER chassis systems. Products are supplied for off-highway, restoration, rebuild and specialist vehicle use.

Photographs on this site are illustrative. Because our kits are manufactured in small batches and are continuously developed, the fasteners, finishes, hose routings and brackets you receive may differ in detail from images shown, without any reduction in specification or fit. Where a product listing states what is included, that list is the definitive description of what you are buying.

Donor engines and second-hand components, where offered, are sold as described in their individual listing and may show cosmetic wear consistent with their age.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation we email you acknowledges receipt but does not conclude the contract. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch or build-start confirmation, or otherwise confirm in writing that we have accepted your order.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, where:

• the item is no longer available or a donor unit we had allocated proves unserviceable;
• a price or description was published in error, and the error is obvious;
• we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address;
• export controls, sanctions or carrier restrictions prevent us shipping to the destination; or
• the fitment information you have given us shows the kit cannot be installed safely on the vehicle described.

If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method without delay.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR). The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. Shipping is quoted separately and shown before you pay — see our shipping policy.

Prices shown to consumers in the European Union are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount is itemised on your invoice.

Ärikliendid

VAT-registered businesses in another EU member state may be invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Article 138 and Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC), provided you give us a valid VAT identification number before we invoice and it validates against the VIES system. Where the reverse charge applies, you account for VAT in your own member state and the invoice is marked accordingly. If the number you supply is invalid, we will charge VAT.

Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced without EU VAT. Import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges in the destination country are payable by you; they are not included in our prices. See shipping and delivery.

Tasumine

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not receive or store your full card number; it is handled entirely within Stripe's hosted checkout. Your payment is subject to Stripe's own terms and to any strong customer authentication your bank requires.

Payment in full is due at the time of order unless we have agreed a deposit and balance arrangement in writing. Where a deposit is agreed for a high-value build, the deposit secures your build slot and the balance falls due before dispatch. Bank transfer is available on request for larger orders and for business customers.

Title in the goods passes to you only once we have received payment in full. Risk passes on delivery — see below.

Lead times quoted on a product page, in a quotation or at checkout are working-day estimates from the date the contract is formed and payment has cleared, not guarantees of a fixed delivery date. If a build will take materially longer than the estimate we gave you, we will tell you as soon as we know and you may cancel the unbuilt portion of the order for a full refund.

Where your order depends on information from you — gearbox type, bellhousing pattern, ancillary positions, photographs of the engine bay — the lead time runs from the point we have that information.

We ship worldwide from our own workshop. Delivery methods, estimates, freight arrangements and the transit-damage reporting window are set out in full in ourshipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a carrier you have nominated yourself, take physical possession of them. Where we arrange the carrier, risk stays with us until delivery. You must inspect pallets and crates before signing for them and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork.

Installation is your responsibility. We supply parts; we do not install them unless you have separately contracted our workshop to do so. Our kits are designed to be fitted by a competent automotive technician with the tools, lifting equipment and workshop facilities the work requires.

You are responsible for:

• giving us accurate information about the vehicle — model year, chassis, gearbox, transfer case, ancillaries and any prior modification — before you order;
• checking that the conversion is permitted and can be registered and insured where the vehicle is used, and for obtaining any engineer's report, type approval, individual approval or roadworthiness certification the destination country requires;
• carrying out the installation to the standards set out in the documentation and installation video supplied with the kit, including torque figures, fluid specifications and cooling system commissioning; and
• the safety and compliance of the finished vehicle, including emissions, braking, weight distribution and any changes to the vehicle's registered details.

Homologation and registration requirements differ in every country we ship to, and we cannot advise on the law of your jurisdiction. If registration approval is essential to your project, confirm the position with your national authority before ordering.

Every kit ships with a step-by-step installation video and direct access to the engineers who built it. That support covers the parts we supplied and their correct installation. It is advisory: it does not transfer responsibility for the installation, the finished vehicle, or any work carried out by a third party to us.

Support material we supply — video, drawings, wiring diagrams and fitment notes — is licensed to you for the installation of your own kit and may not be republished or redistributed.

Taganemine, tagastamine ja garantii

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with a specific exception for goods made to your specification. Faulty goods are dealt with separately and remain covered whether or not the withdrawal period has passed. All of this, including the RMA process, is set out in our returns and refunds policy.

Our 12-month warranty applies in addition to, and does not restrict, your statutory rights.

Vastutuse piiramine

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including a consumer's statutory rights in respect of goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.

Subject to that:

• we are not liable for loss or damage caused by installation carried out otherwise than in accordance with the documentation we supply, by work performed by a third party, or by modification of the parts we supplied;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of a booked workshop slot, storage or recovery costs, hire vehicle costs, ferry or event costs, or any other indirect or consequential loss;
• we are not liable for any consequence of the vehicle being refused registration, approval or insurance following a conversion; and
• where we are liable to a business customer, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.

Motorsport, competition and continuous heavy-load commercial use fall outside the intended use of our products unless we have confirmed suitability for that use in writing.

We are not in breach of these terms, nor liable for delay, where performance is prevented or delayed by an event outside our reasonable control — including supplier or foundry failure, shortage of donor units, carrier or freight disruption, customs action, industrial action, utility or network failure, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic, war or government measures. We will tell you as soon as we can and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected part of the order for a full refund.

Intellektuaalne omand

The designs, drawings, photographs, product text, installation video and this website are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Buying a product gives you the right to use it, not to reproduce our designs or documentation. Reverse engineering our components for manufacture or resale is not permitted.

If something has gone wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved the same week. Write to — with your order reference and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and tell you what we intend to do about it.

We may update these terms as our products, carriers or legal obligations change. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that governs that order, and the revision date is shown at the top of the page. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
