A Pajero M57 conversion suits the owner who trusts the chassis and has run out of patience with the engine in it. The kit mates a BMW M57 to the Pajero driveline with a machined adapter, engine and transmission brackets, cooling and intake pipework and the loom and ECU the engine needs to run standalone — the same component set we build for the Defender, cut for a different vehicle. It fits the Pajero sold as the Montero and the Shogun as well; tell us which generation and which gearbox you intend to keep before you order, because that is what decides the bracket set.
